Bibimpap

One of the most popular Korean dishes is bibimpap. It’s a delicious one pot meal that will save you time and help you put up a warm and delicious meal to woo guests.

Serving size: 4

Cooking time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

4 ounces beef steak

2 teaspoons soy sauce

¼ cup rice

1 teaspoon oil

1 carrot, julienned

1 tablespoon spinach

2 eggs

½ inch ginger, minced

2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

2 teaspoons cider vinegar

4 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions:

Add the steak and soy sauce to a bowl to marinate.

Add rice to a pot of water to boil and soften.

Add oil to a wok and add the steak to cook.

Remove to a plate and toss in carrots, spinach, ginger to brown and remove.

Add eggs to the wok to make omelets.

To make the sauce, mix vinegar and soy sauce and combine.

To serve, add the rice to a bowl and the sliced steak over it.

Add the carrots and spinach mixture over the steak and rice and the omelets on top.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with the sauce on the side.
